Eastern or Canadian Tiger Swallowtail? - Papilio canadensis - female

Eastern or Canadian Tiger Swallowtail? - Papilio canadensis - Female
Swanzey , Cheshire County, New Hampshire, USA
June 20, 2010
Sunny, 70s, slight breeze, red clover in front yard. I've been enjoying the book Butterflies of the East Coast, an Observer's Guide, by Rick Cech and Guy Tudor. When I looked the range maps in their book, I saw that where I live is where the Canadian and Eastern Tiger Swallowtail species ranges overlap. I think I'm right about this butterfly being a Tiger Swallowtail, but I don't know which species whether it's Canadian or Eastern and how to tell.

Moved from ID Request.

It can be hard to tell, especially from photos sometimes
however, this one looks to me like a female Canadian Tiger Swallowtail - Papilio canadensis. And, yes, it is definitely a Tiger Swallowtail :0)

I agree that this looks like a Canadian.
