Blue-green Bee with Red Abdomen - Pseudomalus auratus

Size: estimated 6-7mm
Seen on a spiky weed plant on an ill-kempt surburban access road. The bee spent half a minute or so crawling around this one closed blossom before flying away. Apologies for the so-so image quality. Thanks in advance for any ID help!
