ID for a little bug on a grape leaf? - Xyonysius californicus
Claremont, Los Angeles County, California, USA

This little bug was on a wild grape (Vitis sp.) at the Claremont Colleges' Robert J. Bernard Biological Field Station. I'm thinking this might be a Mirid, perhaps something along the lines of Dicyphus. Is this on the right track? Any information will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the ID! I see that my guess was way off on this one! So much to learn! In any event, this little bug represents a new taxon for our field station invert list.
