Size: Wingspread ~ 2 cm
This specimen looks like it may be the Many-lined Carpet Moth (Hodges #7330). I'm hoping for confirmation or correction of its identity. Thank you! ;-) I show another example this species from BG images below:

This is the first specimen of this species I've encountered. And that seems to me to be the first rule of 'Mothology': Always expect to find the unexpected! ;-)
