Can't see pronotal hind angles in these pics, but other than that, it looks conspecific with an H. hemipodus I have from WI with similar color.

I might be able to take this further based on color and apparent lack of carinae on pronotal hind angles (?), but hard to properly key out without seeing detailned punctation of pronotum and hypomeron. Many of the Athous spp. are variably colored and some color patterns can be seen in multiple species.
