Horned Clubtail
I believe that Kaylee is correct. The side shot shows the high occipult and what look to be the horns and ovipositor of a female Horned Clubtail (Arigomphus cornutus). The lack of orange on the lower edge of the club through me. However, this is a juvenile and that color would be yet to come.

Arigomphus maybee?
Looks like a teneral female so a look at the female genital plates may assist. Based on the colours there are a number that have the thorax almost entirely yellow like this. I'm not familiar with the ones in your area but among some options would be the Unicorn, Lilypad and Horned. Looks about the right size for those, and in my area the Unicorn is recently emerged and is fairly abundant.
