Moved from Tree Crickets. Just learned this one last month! The black parallel lines, the pale color, the thick white markings on the side of the abdomen, and the black markings on the back legs - Narrow-winged tree cricket. A very young one - guessing 2d instar.

I didn't write the size in because I wasn't sure what magnification my lens was set to, but this couldn't have been more than about 4 mm.
