Yes! This specimen is certainly a shaggy one! Nice coloration, but no hints of venation. ;-)

 
Triaenodes
Carl - I have been sitting playing picfudge and via embossing I found a tuft of hair at the forewing arculus that is typical of some Triaenodes.

Wow! That small detail may be very useful when examining photographs (i.e., when examination of venation is either cumbersome or impossible). But, as you surmise, the absence of this arculus tuft does not exclude a specimen from membership in the genus Triaenodes. Interesting! Thanks for your keen eye!
