Robber Fly - Efferia aestuans - Efferia aestuans

This fly was positioned between the gate and the gate post in my yard. With this angle, and the morning sun, I could only get two decent photos of it. I'd posted 3 photos of a similar fly in July 2009 which was identified as Robber Fly - Efferia aestuans.
I looked in my "Your Images" and the first photo of that one is numbered "Photo#309001". I'm putting that species ID with the present two photos I'm submitting, but that is a guess on my part.
