The common name is a bit of an oxymoron
It is a "Larger Pygmy Mole Cricket". And, on top of that it's not really a Cricket, but closer to a Grasshoppers (but it still looks like a Cricket).

To be honest I'm not sure if this one is male or female, I've never taken the time to learn the difference (and it's not easy to tell, especially from most photos, with these).
