Zebra Pyralid - Conchylodes ovulalis, in the guide here. This would add a new state to BugGuide's data, if it is.

Zebra Conchylodes gets my vote. Incidentally, the specimen from South Carolina here, labeled C. platinalis looks much like the ovulalis photos at MPG and elsewhere on the web - and noticeably different from the two photos here and here, labeled C. platinalis, which apparently is native to Central and South America.
The ID of that South Carolina specimen seems suspect to me (and platinalis is not listed at All-Leps or nearctica.com), yet a Hodges # (5293.1) was created for platinalis in North America. It's got me baffled.
