Moved from ID Request. Your spider does appear to be mature. I would need to see a clear close-up of the ventral abdomen to tell you for sure. It probably can get larger.

These spiders are harmless. Also spider measurements are taken without the legs. These are usually around 8-10 mm in length.

Looks to be one of the Orb Weavers
in the genus Larinides
