I'm not sure if this is a female or an immature male. I'm so bad at gender identification, and would love help. Thanks!

Moved from Dragonflies. Female, darkened wingtips are a hint, but end of the abdomen seals the ID. Stare at the abdomen tips of several of each gender and see if you can see the difference in the terminal appendages. Males need claspers to hold on to the female during mating.
