is what I am thinking. I'm not completely sure of myself this time though, so maybe Richard will give us his opinion

 
You were quite right
This is indeed a D. arenaria queen. Figwort (Scrophularia sp.) flowers are very attractive for Yellowjackets here in Western Europe too.
