Tortricid Moth? - Anacampsis levipedella

Tortricid Moth? - Anacampsis levipedella
Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida, USA
July 17, 2011
Size: <1/4''
10 am. Very small moth on a tree leaf. The moth circled around the brown spot for several seconds before settling down. It looks like it could be in Grapholita or somewhere close to it but I can't find a convincing match.
