Treehopper - Enchenopa

Treehopper - Enchenopa
Mobile (Dog River), Mobile County, Alabama, USA
July 15, 2011
Size: ~4mm
This is the latest I've seen a treehopper, seldom after early June. It is also the smallest I remember. The markings remind me of Enchenopa, but its crest does not extend beyond its face. More of a keel than a thorn. Needless to say, I'm at a dead-end. Forget about a straight lateral shot, as this little bugger would not allow such. Thanks for any help

I also took a specimen like this - but in Nova Scotia. There is a slight possibility that this is an undescribed species, but a greater probability that it represents an abnormal reduction of the "horn." Please try to find the host, and watch for others.
