Chalcid Wasp (Conura) - Conura - Male

Size: 1-2mm
Found buzzing around snap dragons and flame calla lilies. It looks rather odd when it flies with its legs hanging down. The disproportionately large hind legs look reminiscent of images I have seen of the Chalcid Wasp.
