Bombus rufocinctus?
A color variety of B. rufocinctus? Check the Bombus at Evergreen, WA.

B.rufopuctatus
might be right, it is a species that occurs here. This form (male) was very common at this location (2005), although what would be considered typical working class coloration were not noticed. This particular location (backyard) has been almost devoid of Bombus this year, some early season griseocollis and bifarius was all. Your input is appreciated.

looks like rufocinctus
to me
