A paler specimen, chosen to show the pattern of spots better. Some individuals have the base color of the elytra quite darkened.

Elytral apices not prolonged; apical margination of last sternum with two small spines; setigerous punctures of elytra noticeably larger than strial punctures; females with elytra alutaceous; males elytra shiny, not alutaceous.
