Should be
Leucopis sp., ocellaris group. (5 described spp. + many undescribed per (1))

Moved from Flies based on Andrzej Woznica's comment at the lateral image that it's Chamaemyiidae and in all probability Leucopis. If more certainty is required for the genus move, feel free to move them up to family or tell me to.

I'm not sure I can see the characters well enough to be sure

It sure resembles images of Leucopsis in the guide. I uploaded some images of the head. They're blurry and probably not of important characters, but maybe they'll add up to something anyway. If not, they can always be frassed.
