Pondhawk
Eastern Pondhawk (Erythemis simplicicollis). Looks like an immature male, or maybe female; easier to tell sex from the side. If it's a male, it will gradually turn sky blue (or Carolina blue) starting at the tip of the abdomen and spreading forward to the eyes.
