What is it? -

Size: 1/8 to 1/4 inch
found on my citrus trees. Could it be the wooly aphid? (not as fuzzy) notice the lines runing length of bug, they are like hairs. all help appreciated.

Ugh.
I suggest you contact your county extension office or USDA office. Cottony Cushion Scale is an introduced pest of citrus trees from Australia, particularly in Florida. They have done a lot of damage to the citrus industry in the past, as mentioned in the species info listing. Predatory beetles from the Ladybird family will probably be available if you wish to control the scale without chemicals, otherwise your local USDA or extension service will be able to tell you how to control them.
