Bug on my Tomato Plant - Phaneroptera nana

Bug on my Tomato Plant - Phaneroptera nana
Walnut, Los Angeles County, California, USA
June 1, 2006
Size: 1/16"
This is a very tiny little bug on the leaf of my Tomato plant. (he is about 1/4 the size of a small fly) He looked polka dotted until I developed this picture. To the naked eye, you almost miss him he is so small. What I noticed just now (which might explain why I wasn't scaring him away) is it would appear he is looking at a bug in front of him. I just went back to the plant and I see him, but I can't see that little bug in front of him. When I just took another photo, that little bug is still there. (just not visable with the naked eye)

I can't help you on the teeny-tiny one, though!
