Jackie's photo here reminded me of the shot I meant to post a few days ago, showing a bit of the hindwing. The moth was in our house and flew into the bottom compartment of a shelving unit on the floor; I had to lie on my belly to get this shot.

And you can see the hind wings, too. I couldn't get mine to open up. Is there a secret?
