Size: close to 1 inch
I had 3 of these in 3 days in my usually bug free house. My guess is juvenile mahogany wasp?

I'm...
not so sure I am familiar with the common name mohogany wasp. It appears to be a spider wasp in the genus Ageniella since the posterior tibiae seem to be slightly serrate.
