I notice that in the heat of summer, this species produces smaller, paler workers, of which this picture is an excellent example. Note the clear view of the distinctive petiole of this genus, which almost completely lacks a scale or node.
The prey is a psocopeteran. Might be interesting to resubmit the picture under that insect order for an ID, though perhaps not the best view.
