Size: Body Length Only ~ 1 cm
This specimen may be an example of a Braconid Wasp. Bob, I photographed another specimen this week, one with longer antennae (see thumb photo below). I'm hoping that this image of a Braconid is of better quality. I won't dare to guess the genus. ;-) Thanks for looking!

Thanks for correcting the family, Bob. I must remember that not all ichneumons have the color-banded antennae.

Only a relatively minor fraction of ichneumonid species have banded antennae.
