If I had to guess,
I'd look at Glyphipterix through Diploschizia (Hodges numbers 2337-2346). The orientation of the stripes on your specimen seem a better match than grapholita... but I couldn't find a single example that had that white mark straight down behind the head in either section of plates on MPG.

Glyphipterix haworthana seems closest, its the only one with a cluster of four spots anteriorly...?

I thought the same
I had picked out the same one as an option for an ID yesterday... but I don't feel it's close enough to call it a species ID. Maybe someone with more experience could help us out.
