This looks similar to the female Synhalonia I uploaded earlier this year - but it is much larger. Nectaring on vetch.

Eucerini.
Looks to be a female in the Eucerini. Reminds me most of Melissodes, but I know there are other genera that are very similar, so I defer to Doug Yanega if he can ID this.
