Argiope florida - Florida Argiope
Moved from ID Request. This is actually Argiope florida, which looks very similar to the silver argiope. I hope you don't mind I cropped your image.

Not dangerous
Argiopes are not dangerous at all. They're beneficial to keep around, because they eat a lot of pests.
