That would be an Isonychia female imago, but 1" sounds excessive for the body length excluding tails. There are two Isonychia species in Pennsylvania, I. bicolor with a maximum imago body length of 17 mm., and I. hoffmani, whose maximum imago body length I don't know, but I doubt it is more than 21 mm., and more likely, less.

okay maybe slightly less than an inch but darn close. I still measure in - "not meteric"-sorry.
