Quite Possibly....
... 1387 - Metallic Coleophora Moth - Coleophora mayrella [spissicornis]. See several photos here. There are about 150 species of Coleophora in North America and we have photos for very few. Every slight change in camera angle and/or light makes the metallic species look different.

I noticed that about light angles-so I tried to get the colour that seemed "prominent". Very active little moths too.

I must book mark that page as I'm sure I've taken photos of some of the others on there. ^_^
