Damsel
The hammerhead-shark-like head, with the eyes on either side, is a good way to tell, along with the wings folded over the back rather than held flat (as in most dragons). Very freshly hatched dragons may hold their wings over their back like this until they dry out, but the wings would then be shiny and the body colors somewhat muted. This by the way is an Ebony Jewelwing, Calopteryx maculata.
