Is this a Dragonfly? - Hexagenia

Size: aprox 4" (head to tail)
Is this a Dragonfly... This one was on my screen door and didn't seem to be bothered when I opened and closed it multiple times. I have never seen a dragonfly this still and the head doesn't look right to me, but I am not an expert.

This is a female Hexagenia imago.

Mayfly
This is a Mayfly, usually a steamside insect. Their larvae are aquatic.
