Widow Skimmer? - Libellula luctuosa

I am not sure of the identity of this skimmer. It appears to have the wing markings of a female Widow Skimmer, but the body is not right. Help?

Moved from ID Request. Female Widow is correct. Not sure why we don't see the gold stripes. Age, maybe??
