Bush Cricket? - Hapithus agitator

Bush Cricket? - Hapithus agitator
Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida, USA
August 8, 2011
Size: 1.5-2 cm
9 am in my backyard on a small holly bush. Could it be Hapithus agitator (Restless Bush Cricket)?

In the same place, I saw another bush cricket earlier (http://bugguide.net/node/view/556303). Could you please confirm that these specimens belong to different species? They do look very different but perhaps I moved the earlier one to the wrong spot.
