Likely in the Tachininae subfamily and the tribe Tachinini along with Archytas and several others with this facial and antennal shape.

I saw this fly today
I live in Atlanta and saw this fly today for the first time. I appreciate your identification. It was amazingly hairy (bearfly was the nickname used) and was the talk of the office for the morning.
