Two-Tone Spider - Ant Mimic - Castianeira descripta

Two-Tone Spider - Ant Mimic - Castianeira descripta
Peters Canyon, Orange, Orange County, California, USA
This medium-sized gal(?) scooted about half way across the trail, then stopped. Next scoot was to the 3/4 mark, and the pause was accompanied by twitching of one of the right forward legs. Third scoot got it to the far edge of the trail, where I left it, twitching once more.

That's certainly it
Thanks, Charles. I guess the "twitching" might be an ant-like behavior.
