Orb Weaver? - Tibellus

Orb Weaver? - Tibellus
Woburn, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA
June 5, 2006
Is this one of the orb weavers?

Philodromidae.
This is a species of Tibellus. The two black dots near the tip of the abdomen, and the missing leg, are good ways to tell. Ok, I'm kidding about the missing leg, though a stunning number of philodromid specimens seem to be missing at least one:-)

Thanks for the pointers
I'll have to watch for those missing leg spiders:-)
After you got me in the right family, I see some almost identical in the Tibellus page.
