Beet Leafminer puparium - Amauromyza flavifrons

Beet Leafminer puparium - Amauromyza flavifrons
Ballston Lake , Saratoga County, New York, USA
August 12, 2011
Size: 2 mm
I put a beet leaf having leaf miners in a baggie, and a few days later found a few of these. Pegomya betae, I suppose, although one description I read says that the pupae of that species are about 5 mm long. ID help appreciated.

Mine photo?
The only agromyzids recorded from beet are Amauromyza flavifrons and several polyphagous Liriomyza spp. If you have a photo of the mine it would be easy to tell which this is. It looks exactly like an A. flavifrons puparium, and the Liriomyza puparia tend to be yellowish.
