Larva - Pygarctia roseicapitis

Larva - Pygarctia roseicapitis
Montosa Canyon, Santa Rita Mountains, Santa Cruz County, Arizona, USA
August 10, 2011
Found on wild cotton leaf but for two days it would not feed on wild cotton.
After finding this today in another mountain range feeding on Chamaesyce hyssopifolia I offered it some leaves and it began feeding. Will try to rear them both.

Moved

Excellent! Thanks.
How about 561902? We don't want to move something that you are still working on.

Parasitized
Unfortunately, that larva was parasitized by Braconids.
But based on host plant and other larvae found nearby I would say it was Pygarctia roseicapitis.

Cen we move this to
Pygarctia roseicapitis now?

Here's another - not yet iD'd
