Note the single spine on the upper tail appendage.

The appendage shape and spines is how you can tell the Beaverpond, Common and Spiny Baskettails apart.

Great ID photos
Hi Kaylee. Recently I've taken several photos of Epitheca spp. and coming to your terminal appendage photos made it possible for me to positively ID mine. I hadn't had such luck in using the field guides I have here in my library.
