What's goin' on here ? - Scudderia septentrionalis - Male
Loudonville, ashland County, Ohio, USA
August 17, 2011
So I'm photographing some katydid and as I look closely over the top of my glasses I note that it is 'sucking' or 'eating' something that looks . . . like maybe . . . another insect leg? Ewwwww. He's perched on a large budleia, but I don't think that's a plant part that's being munched. Any thoughts? Thanks :)
