Identification
Cranshaw (1) has an image of eggs laid end to end along a pine needle.

Adults are brown with a thin zig-zag mark across the back (confined to veins). Outer hind tibial dilation* distinctly longer than inner hind tibial dilation.

Range
NY south to FL, west to MO, southwest to TX.
