Hello Tom,
these look like very nice images of Enicospilus, subfamily Ophioninae (the large ocelli are one of the characters of this subfamily), according to the key by Gavin Broad (see information page for Enicospilus). The wing venation, especially the two spots in the more or less horseshoe-shaped discosubmarginal cell, are characteristic for this genus.

3 black spots
they are simple eyes, or ocelli. most insects possess them, but i have never seen such large ones before
