Unsure what this is exactly, thought it might be a Leafhopper of sorts but cannot find anything that resembles it. If anyone knows it's ID, it would be much appreciated. Attracted to florescent light.

Thanks Ken, looking at the Spittle Bugs it appears to be Aphrophora cribrata. I'll leave it where it is until I can get a confirmation.
