What kind of ant? And are they cultivating the aphids or something? 4 pictures, including one focused on the aphids.

Too bad none of the images shows the ants dorsal hairs as well as this one does for two of the aphids' pilosity. Then we could decide between F. pallidefulva & F. biophilica. Both are common in the Athens area.
