Stagmomantis
This is a female final instar nymph of a Stagmomantis species. Based on your location, it is S. carolina.

not native to the US, most mantids in fact aren't, they are purchased at hardware stores as pest control, they can be fairly common in certain areas, this one looks like an Asian Mantid, I don't know what kind though
