I don't know...
I thought about it for a while. I found that it's the only image from San Francisco County so I kept it.

A Badumna longinqua, actually
In the guide here. It's native to Australia but has been imported to coastal CA, where they can be extremely abundant in urban areas.

Possibly an Agelenid...
Otherwise known as a Funnel Web Weaver. I couldn't tell you the species though. They are fairly common, creating webs that have a sheet of silk that leads to a funnel-like tunnel, where the spider lives. Quite harmless.
