Size: 13mm
This specimen is preserved, but was collected in a pitfall trap around a ranchhouse at our field station. Distribution includes the Big Bend area of Texas South to Chiapas, Mexico and Guatemala. Phrynus and Paraphrynus are in the family Phrynidae.

This is only our second submission from the bugguide region. The site's founder, Troy Bartlett, posted a few pix of a Panamanian one until we had some from bugguide area. I guess it's time to frass those images now.
